Today on 18/12/2023 under the leadership of learned Upazila Nirbahi Officer and Executive Magistrate, Jhalkathi Sadar, Jhalkathi Mr. Anuja Mondal, Narcotics Control Directorate, District Office, Jhalkathi and Mobile Court Team conducted an operation in Amtala Goli area under Jhalkathi Municipality Rahul Mondal (25). K was charged with the crime of consumption of narcotic ganja and storage for the purpose of consumption and sentenced under the Narcotics Control Act under the Mobile Court and sent to the district jail. The prosecuting officer of the said case is Mr. Md. Lutfar Rahman, Inspector, Narcotics Control Directorate, District Office, Jhalkathi.
